MURAMVYA, November 19th (ABP) – Representatives of the natives and former students of the Gasura District High School, in Mbuye district, made a guided tour of their former school on Friday, November 15, 2024.
They also brought donations consisting of photocopiers, laptops with accessories, printers, hard drives and about twenty reams of paper that they donated to the management of the Gasura District High School.
The former students of the high school also awarded a certificate of honor and an envelope to their first director, Augustin Niyonkuru, who, according to their representative, did everything possible to ensure that the school could be established and evolve with good results. An envelope was also awarded to a first laureate from the Twa ethnic group who passed the state exam, last edition.
Words of thanks and encouragement were respectively pronounced by the current director of the school, the representative of the natives and former students, first director of the district college of Gasura, the district director of education, the Honorable Silas Niragira and the district administrator of Mbuye, Evelyne Ndayisasirire who called on the natives and former students of other schools to imitate that initiative of the natives of the Gasura County.
