November 11th (AMSP/CGTN) – – Brazilian Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, Esther Dweck, says that the Global South will in some way change the global governance.
” We want to have a more sustainable planet for the world. We are constructing a better future. That’s our G20 sentence: a better future and a more sustainable planet. I think China is making huge advances in both these areas.
And for us in Brazil, we think that the Global South, led by China and other countries, will in some way, as you mentioned, change the global governance we have, ” she expressed her hope.
” We have an increase in inequality both within and between countries and we think that transitions are facing the green transition, which we call in Brazil ecological transition, is very important. China is moving ahead in this direction. So, for us to learn from China is very important; the digital transition is changing the whole world as it has to be, but of both of them, the green transition or the ecological transitions and the digital transition have to be with inclusion: reducing inequalities within countries and between countries ” Brazilian Minister Esther Dweck said.
