MWARO, December 24th (ABP) – More than 4,600 members were welcomed into the CNDD-FDD party in Mwaro commune, on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
The welcoming ceremonies took place at the Kibumbu stadium, in the presence of the Secretary General of the CNDD-FDD, Révérien Ndikuriyo.
In his speech, Mr. Ndikuriyo gave advice to members of the CNDD-FDD party in general and to new members in particular. He asked them to put labor first to develop, because labor ennobles man, he said.
He called on them to love each other to build Burundi. He urged leaders to serve as an example at work. As we are drawing near to the election period, he asked them not to listen to ill-intentioned people, and to remain united.
The new members of the presidential party came from the CNL, FRODEBU, CODEBU iragi rya Ndadaye (Ndadaye’s heritage) and UPRONA parties.
