MURAMVYA, October 10th (ABP) – The second vice-president of the National Assembly, Abel Gashatsi, among the leaders of UPRONA at the highest echelon, positively appreciates the forces of the Rwagasore Revolutionary Youth (JRR) affiliated to the UPRONA party, in the preparations for the forthcoming elections in Muramvya province.
Gashatsi made the announcement on Sunday, 6 October 2024, in the capital of Muramvya province (centre-west). That was during a meeting with the Badasigana, including the former Vice-President of the Republic, Yves Sahinguvu, and other provincial and communal leaders of the reunified UPRONA party, to support the communal representatives of the Rwagasore Revolutionary Youth in a show of strength.

Gashatsi, for his part, reminded the young people of the UPRONA party and the Badasigana in general that preparations for the legislative, communal and village elections are comparable to preparations for an important celebration.
He asked the young people affiliated to the reunified UPRONA party to take the lead by touring the various villages of Muramvya province to raise awareness among the Badasigana, in order to prepare in advance for the voter registration campaign, which will run from 22 to 31 October 2024.
