BEIJING, February 13th (AMSP/CGTN) – – Timothy Fok Tsun-Ting, who is an IOC member, OCA Vice President, and President of the Hong Kong SAR’s Olympic Committee, visited CGTN’s studio in Harbin on Wednesday, and joined Sports Scene’s Greg Laffradi for a live interview through which he shared his impressions of continental event.
Greg provided an introduction to the Ice and Snow World, which is where the studio is based for this edition of the Asian Winter Games, before they sat down to talk.
This Hong Kong Olympic Committee leader says SAR’s athletes are inspired by legacy of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
“I’m very touched as we have the Beijing Olympic Games … … … known for other desert sports. And now they have the aspiration and the imagination to do that.”).
The pair exchanged gifts, and Mr. Fok also wrote out some heartfelt wishes for CGTN.
