December 3rd (AMSP/CGTN) – – China has strongly condemned the United States’ recent semiconductor export controls, labeling them as economic coercion and non-market practices.

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has vowed to take decisive action to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of its businesses.

The new restrictions impose stricter controls on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, storage chips, and related products, adding 136 Chinese entities to the export control list.

China’s commerce ministry emphasized that the semiconductor industry is highly globalized, and the U.S.’s misuse of control measures severely disrupts normal international economic and trade exchanges.
